Van Meldone Technical College accepts no responsibility for the conduct or quality of service provided by this vendor.  A user charge of 12.5% is added to each loan as a surcharge.  Also an administrative fee of $250 is added to each loan .  All loans will also incur a $75 dispersement fee.  A $2.25 per minute fee is added to phone communications with the Ugandan Financial Aid Associates. The institute will charge $2.35 for each e-mail sent under five lines of e-mail.  Each additional line of text will incur a $.65 surcharge.
